At About Space Lighting, we strive to ensure your home is perfectly illuminated, but if your fixture isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery for your peace of mind. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and have not been installed to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via our online portal with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the lighting fixture in its original box with all internal protective padding, hardware, and instruction manuals to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping and Labeling
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package back to our distribution center using a tracked and insured courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
